We reserve the right to change these terms, conditions and specification at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase.
Pricing All prices are in £ sterling, exclisive of VAT and delivery charges. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
Accepting Orders When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
Representations You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase goods or services on this site. You also warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and true.

Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted on your computer using 128 bit encryption before being transmitted over the internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our server.
Liability (i) We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from Studio Kit Direct.
Dispute (i) If you have received your order and you dispute the item/s delivered to you, you need to retain all the documents supplied with the order and also original packaging materials such as envelopes, packaging materials etc as this will be needed for the evidence.
Cancellations and Returns (i) You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us either before or within 7 days after delivery. If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If your product develops a fault after more than 7 days, it will be covered by our 12 month guarantee. If the product is returned to us after 7 days and upto 21 days, 10% handling fee will apply. All items must be in “as new” condition, in original packaging and with all manuals, accessories and include the original invoice. Any discrepancies will result in forfieture of your refund.
Returning Items Do not send any items without making prior arrangement with us, if you do so than any loss of items in transit will be totally your responsibilities. If goods are faulty and you want to return them to us, send an email to us or phone our sales line (01746 769 768). Ensure that you return the items in the same state as you received them, including all packing materials. All returns must be made by registered or secure courier.
Tax All prices shown on our website are exclusive or VAT (Value Added Tax), Customers who would like to have goods delivered to a country outside the UK, but within the European Union, must pay the UK rate of VAT. Please proceed to use our shop as normal. The European Union includes: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
Electrical Equipment For reasons of Electrical Safety and Warranty, any electrical devices supplied by Studio Kit Direct are intended for use in the UK only and will not be exported or shipped overseas.
